Notice is hereby given, pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of BHEL will be held on Friday, 4th August, 2023, interalia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023.

In view of the aforesaid Board Meeting, Trading Window for Designated Persons has been closed from 1st July to 6th August, 2023.
